L'Or Espresso Concentrate. Launch strategy and creative platform, 2026.

In partnership with GUT Madrid.

From ritual to remix.

L'Or was the most premium coffee on the supermarket shelf. A golden universe, dreamlike, French formal luxury. But that language was far from the target the new launch needed to reach: Espresso Concentrate, a product designed for coffee cocktails, mixing, customization, breaking rules. Gen Z. And the challenge was not just reaching them with the new product. The launch had to double as the rejuvenation vehicle for the entire brand without betraying the drinkers already on board.

After analyzing the context, the brand and the audience, we arrived at the same insight: coffee culture was no longer the intimate ritual, it was coffee as social currency. For this generation, coffee is not drunk, it is signed. From there emerged the strategic north star: Espresso to express yourself. This was not a campaign for coffee purists, but for the ones who break the rules. We called them by their name: Coffee Sinners. The strategic tension was to hold the purists, already loyal to the brand, and at the same time attract the new generations by modernizing the umbrella.

The creative platform launched with For Coffee Sinners as its signature. The first film, 'Espresso Yourself', opened the world: coffee as personal signature, as lifestyle accessory, as the way to say who you are before you even speak. L'Or entered a new territory without losing its own. It rejuvenated itself from within.

Head of Strategy at GUT Madrid for the Espresso Concentrate launch. Category, culture, consumer and company analysis; articulation of the four shifts, strategic north star, audience and creative territory.
